About Me
The name comes from the Old Norse eldr—hearth fire, the kind of light that doesn’t perform, but simply keeps burning. Eld can also mean “age” or “passing years.” Together, these two meanings suggest something that has endured time and is still alight.
This is a place for reflections on everyday life, thoughts on technology, and things that are easily washed away by the feed but worth keeping and reading slowly. I don’t write on a fixed schedule—I only publish when I truly have something to say.
